Rashid Kadir, P.E.
President
Rashid Kadir became the president of Tessiers in 2010. He has expertise in mechanical system design, installation, service and specialty metal fabrication work. His knowledge and experience made him the perfect fit to lead Tessiers into our new chapter.
Rashid graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts. He later completed an executive business administration program from Carlson School of Management and executive education in construction project management from Columbia Engineering.
Rashid previously worked for WTW Lehrer McGovern as a project manager in charge of multiple projects overseas. Lehrer McGovern was involved as the project manager for the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Rashid is a licensed professional engineer and holds a master installer’s license in the state of Minnesota. He is an active member of various organizations such as ASHRAE, South Dakota JATC, SMARCA and Trustee for Local 10 Health Fund.
Bill DeNet
Vice President
Bill joined Tessiers in 2016 in Business Development and Project Management roles. He became Vice President in 2020 to oversee contract operations for Tessiers. Bill’s top priority is to influence the safety, success and development of our highly skilled teammates.
Prior to joining Tessiers and APi Group, Bill served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.
Bill earned his bachelor’s degree in business management in 2006 and master’s degree in business administration in 2011.
He resides in Sioux Falls with his wife and 3 daughters.
